Additional Coverage under Property Extension Endorsement

Does a property extension endorsement to a commercial policy offer additional coverage? The adjuster for the insurance carrier is saying this does not offer additional coverage. My experience in past claims has been it does. Please clarify the coverage.

It is our opinion that your past experience with this form is correct. The first paragraph of the form states, “The following is a summary of increased limits of insurance and additional coverage provided by this endorsement.” It is clear that the policy offers additional coverage.
