I am writing an account using the Businessowners special property form BP 00 02 12 92. Under the additional coverages section, business income and extra expense are "not subject to the limits of insurance."
However, in Section C., Limits of Insurance, only the fire department service charge and pollutant clean up and removal additional coverages are stated to be in addition to the limits of insurance. Which is correct?

Both are. For some reason, these statements are contained within two sections of the policy instead of in one place. However, they both apply to the sections they specifically mention. The four coverages are not subject to the property limit.
