The Oregon Division of Financial Regulation published a bulletin informing insurers which ZIP codes are subject to the Wildfire Emergency Order from July 31, 2026.
The Division is monitoring the situation and will make updates as necessary. Updates will be provided through Gov Delivery and published on the Division's website and will include any dates necessary for compliance with the emergency order.

August 5 Update
The following locations and ZIP codes were added on August 5, 2026, and are subject to the emergency order:
Clackamas County- 97028, 97049
Hood River County- 97028, 97049
Multnomah County- 97049
Wasco County- 97028
