Stephen Netherway has joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team of Devonshires.
Prior to joining Devonshires, Mr. Netherway was a senior insurance and reinsurance partner in the CMS Litigation and Arbitration group, having become partner in 2001 after joining from Dentons as an associate in 1993. Mr. Netherway also was head of CMS UK's insurance sector at CMS UK.
Mr. Netherway has disputes and arbitration experience, particularly with respect to insurance and reinsurance disputes, coverage issues, and claims, which frequently involve cross-border or multi-jurisdictional issues. Mr. Netherway is a CEDR accredited mediator. He also has trial experience in British law courts.

Mr. Netherway's appointment brought the total number of partners in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team to six, supported by a team of solicitors and support staff.
