Patrik Ringstroem will join MetLife, Inc., in July as chief strategy officer, reporting to MetLife's president and chief executive officer, Michel Khalaf.

Mr. Ringstroem will join MetLife from JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was head of corporate strategy. Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2017, he was a partner in Oliver Wyman's financial services practice, where he advised clients on corporate strategy, operational effectiveness, and acquisitions.
Mr. Ringstroem earned a B.S. with honors from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
