Berkley Program Specialists has hired Cass Davis as senior vice president and chief claims officer.
The company said in a statement that, as chief claims officer, Mr. Davis will be responsible for managing all aspects of program claims from strategic direction to operational excellence, quality management, and analytics.
Mr. Davis will report to Greg Douglas, the president of Berkley Program Specialists. On the new appointment, Mr. Douglas said, “At Berkley Program Specialists, we view every hire as an opportunity to enhance the program administrator experience. Mr. Davis has 24 years of claims experience in the insurance industry including program claims management, complex litigation management, auditing, and TPA administration. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Western Illinois University.
