Lancashire Holdings Limited has announced that Paul Edwards will be joining Cathedral Underwriting Limited in September 2016 to underwrite the North American property catastrophe reinsurance business for Syndicate 2010.

He has over 40 years of experience in the Lloyd's market, most recently at Syndicate 4444.

Richard Williams, the active underwriter for Cathedral Syndicates 2010 and 3010, said, “Paul has in depth knowledge of the catastrophe reinsurance markets and many years of practical experience of underwriting throughout all phases of the reinsurance cycle. He joins us to lead the underwriting of the Syndicate 2010 North American property catastrophe reinsurance portfolio.
