AMERISAFE, Inc., a specialty provider of hazardous workers' compensation insurance, has promoted Kathryn H. Shirley to executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Vincent J. Gagliano has been promoted to executive vice president and chief risk officer.
Ms. Shirley joined the company in May 2012 and has served as the company's general counsel since that time. Mr. Gagliano joined AMERISAFE in 2001 and served as the company's chief technology officer prior to his promotion.
