CNA has appointed Peter McCarron senior vice president of commercial claim. In this role, he will report to Andrew Pinkes, the executive vice president of worldwide property and casualty claim.
“Peter is an outstanding claim professional who brings more than 25 years of claim management and leadership experience across multiple lines of business to CNA,” Mr. Pinkes said.
Mr. McCarron joins CNA from Zurich North America, where he most recently served as senior vice president of global workers' compensation and accident and health. Prior to that role, he served for 14 years in several leadership positions at OneBeacon Insurance Group.
He holds a B.S. in business management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an M.P.A. from Suffolk University.
