Ben Nicholson has joined Kennedys Law LLP in the firm's Singapore office.
Mr. Nicholson, who spent a decade in London advising on claims and disputes arising from the Asia Pacific region, relocated to Singapore in 2011 to set-up DAC Beachcroft's presence in Asia. He advises on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance law, with particular expertise in property, energy, construction and engineering, and infrastructure risks.

Ben brings valuable expertise advising on insurance matters in the Asia-Pacific region and strengthens our offering to our global insurance client base.”
Mr. Nicholson said, “I'm delighted to be joining Kennedys. The firm has a very strong reputation in Singapore and throughout Asia-Pacific with strong roots in the region through its offices in Hong Kong, Sydney, and Auckland. Its significant London market presence and client synergies complement my experience, making it the ideal platform for me.”
