Jonathan M. Zaffino will be joining Everest Re Group, Ltd., as president of Everest National Insurance Company's U.S. insurance operations.
Mr. Zaffino joins Everest from Marsh & McLennan Companies, where he served as managing director of Marsh's U.S. casualty practice from 2010 to 2013, and most recently as president of Victor O. Schinnerer & Company, Inc., an underwriting manager of professional liability and specialty insurance programs.
Mr. Zaffino's background includes casualty and specialty underwriting and brokerage experience. Before joining Marsh, he held underwriting positions with ACE and Willis North America. He holds a B.A. in economics from St. Michael's College.

Daryl W. Bradley will transition from his current role as president of Everest National's U.S. insurance operations to focus solely on building an international platform for the company's primary insurance market, the company said.
