In the article, Frank R. Malpigli, an attorney at Zaremba Brownell & Brown PLLC, analyzes case law that has recently developed and concludes that it slowly strips away the attorney-client privilege and work-product doctrine through the liberal interpretation applied by the courts due to the investigatory function of insurance companies.
