NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company now is offering medical professional liability insurance coverage to health care professionals in Delaware and Pennsylvania. The company said that it would enter both of these states with an enhanced policy with additional coverage options.

Coverage previously was offered by NORCAL Mutual's subsidiary PMSLIC Insurance Company (“PMSLIC”).
