Pan-American Life Insurance Group, a provider of insurance and financial services, has announced the retirement of John J. Kelly, Dr. Redfield E. Bryan, and Robert L. Pettit, Jr., from the company's board of directors.
Mr. Kelly joined Pan-American Life Insurance Company's board of directors in 1994 and became chairman in 2004; he has served as Pan-American Life's chairman emeritus and lead director since 2008. Dr. Bryan joined Pan-American Life's Board of Directors in 1994. Mr. Pettit has been a member of Pan-American Life's board since 1976.
