Mr. Bushby is a member of the firm's insurance and financial services group in Birmingham, Alabama. His practice concentrates on representing insurance companies, financial institutions, and mortgage companies in civil litigation matters throughout the country and providing regulatory compliance services for financial institutions and mortgage companies.
Mr. Bushby holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi.
