The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit held that COVID did not cause "direct physical loss or damage to" property under business interruption policies.
The act would allow employees to sue employers if they attempt to initiate DEI programs dealing with race, LGBTQ+ issues or other areas of discrimination.
