A new report from from SelectSoftware Reviews ranks each U.S. state in terms of happiest employees.
The survey evaluated the states based on data collected in September of this year. Researchers took into account such metrics as wages, quit rates, commute times, working hours, injuries, paid time off, and overall state positivity levels. It used a range of public and private sources including the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Stats America, Bankrate, Paycor, and Scholaroo.
