In-person events. After work happy hours. Weekend playdates. We may never be able to pinpoint all the ways in which the everyday lives of insurance professionals — and people everywhere — were changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But we can track some of the adaptations that have been made in the business world. No one can yet say which disruptions will be permanent and which will quickly fade away, but as we bid a fond (?) farewell to 2020, there are a few aspects of work/life that have disappeared or been replaced.

As 2020 comes to a close, the world as we know it continues to shift in new and unpredictable ways. We can expect to say more goodbyes in 2021, but we'll also welcome new ideas and solutions.
