The 84 insurance companies named on this year's Inc. 5000 list generated more than $5 billion in revenue and created 15,501 jobs in 2019.
The annual ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies provides a snapshot of the most successful small-to-mid-size companies operating in the U.S. today. The companies on the 2020 Inc. 5000 collectively achieved a three-year average growth rate of over 500% and added more than 1 million jobs in the past three years.
"The companies on this year's Inc. 5000 come from nearly every realm of business," Inc. Editor-in-Chief Scott Omelianuk said in a statement. "From health and software to media and hospitality, the 2020 list proves that no matter the sector, incredible growth is based on the foundations of tenacity and opportunism."
