Despite a wobbling stock market and whisperings of a recession, it's still undeniably a job-seeker's market out there — especially for insurance professionals. But some areas are more attractive than others for today's workers.

The Wall Street Journal has released its latest rankings of top job markets, based on data from moody's Analytics. The top two areas have something in common: hot music scenes.

Austin, Texas, once again tops the list of metro areas with more than 1 million people, coasting on its reputation as a college town and a tech hub — the latter fueled by continued investment from Apple.
