Melissa Jones has been promoted to executive vice president and chief human resources officer at CSAA Insurance Group, an AAA insurer. Prior to CSAA Insurance Group, she was with JPMorgan Chase.
The Insurance Marketing & Communications Association announced Megan Flanagan as its new executive director upon the retirement of Gloria Grove. Flanagan has more than 15 years of nonprofit management experience, including the Institute of Real Estate Management Minnesota Chapter and the City Center Partnership.
