Barbara Bufkin has been appointed to theBoard of Governors Chair for The Insurance IndustryCharitable Foundation 2018/2019 term. Bufkin iscurrently executive head of business development, commercial linesat Assurant Inc.

AIG has appointed TomBolt chief underwriting officer, General Insurance. He isexpected to
join the company in Jan. 2018, and joins from Berkshire HathawaySpecialty Insurance where he was serving as president and CEO ofthe U.K. and southern Europe, and as a member of the
General Insurance Executive Leadership Team.

Randy E. Hodge has been appointed seniorvice president, underwriting and reinsurancefor FM Global. Prior to this, Hodge served asvice president and operations manager of FM Global's Atlanta,Georgia, operations.
