A new FarmersInsurance® skill for AmazonAlexa allows customers to access policy and claims informationsimply by using their voice. Through Alexa,Farmers® customers can inquire about the status of theirclaim and obtain the direct contact information of their assignedclaim representative. They can also verbally pose frequently askedquestions about insurance terminology, policy coverages,deductibles and limits. The launch of the Farmers Insurance skillfor Amazon Alexa is the latest in a series of digitally-focusedinnovations implemented by the national insurer group in recentmonths. Earlier this year, Farmers introduced anew roadside assistance tool that delivers arideshare-like experience for customers waiting for a tow.
