Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group™ has launched a mobile app designed to enhance the customer experience. The app is available for iOS and Android mobile devices. "We're committed to further simplifying things for our customers, and this new mobile app will go a long way in doing just that," Liz Watson, CMO, Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group, said in a press release. "Pet parents can use the app to pay their bill and submit and manage claims. It not only simplifies the process, but may result in faster claim reimbursement."

Loveland Innovations®, maker of advanced drone solutions for the P&C insurance industry, recently announced a new partnership with Vale Training, a provider of educational tools and services for insurance professionals. The partnership allows Vale Training to use Loveland Innovations' first-of-its kind autonomous drone inspection solution, IMGING™, as part of a new program designed to help insurance and roofing professionals understand how and when to use drone technology for roof and property inspections.
