Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, the middle-marketagency subsidiary of Marsh, has named Bill Jeatran its newpresident and Christina Mott has been appointed chief operatingofficer.
|As president of MMA, Jeatran, who is based in Minneapolis,will focus on developing and advancing MMA's strategic directionthrough acquisitions, client engagement, talent development andscaling best practices. Formerly CEO of its upper Midwest region,Jeatran founded RJF Agencies Inc. in 1986 and was CEO until itsacquisition by MMA in 2011. He succeeds Ben Allen, who has left thefirm.
|Based in New York, Mott previously served as innovation leader,Marsh Global Risk & Specialties. As COO, she will beresponsible for operational best practices, innovation,technology/digitization initiatives and product development workingclosely with regional MMA leaders and teams across Marsh &McLennan Companies.
