Josh Nevin has been appointed COO forHiscox USA's businessunit. Prior to joining Hiscox, Nevin served as the COO atWagner Oil Company.

Chubb hasappointed Leigh Anne Sherman to lead theprivate/not-for-profit management liability business within theNorth America Financial Lines division. She has heldprogressive leadership roles in several offices in the Chubborganization, most recently serving as head of Chubb's UnderwritingService Branch located in Simsbury, Connecticut.

James Blacker has been appointed managingdirector of property and casualty for global reinsurance, wholesaleand specialty broker Ed. He joins from Arthur JGallagher where he served as executive director for the casualtydivision for over a decade.

- Kirk Jordan - environmental underwriterbased in the Chicago office. Previously, he was an electronicfutures trader for ARB Trading Group.
- Edwin Baez - focus on site-specificpollution coverage, based out of the Miami office. Previously, Baezwas with Berkley Environmental, where he held senior positions intheir New York and Miami offices.
- Jason Lowney - underwriter based in the NewYork office. He joins Beazley from Nationwide Insurance, wherehe was director of commercial D&O.
- Robert Hoban - responsible for privateenterprise business development efforts in the Midwest U.S., basedout of the Chicago office. Hoban joins from Hiscox USA, where hewas a senior underwriter for technology and cyber liabilityinsurance.
- Karilyn Wells - responsible for privateenterprise business development efforts in the Western U.S., basedout of the Los Angeles office. Wells joins from Hiscox USA, whereshe was a senior underwriter for management liabilityinsurance.

Jay Kallas has joined MayerBrown's Global Insurance Industry Group and Corporate& Securities practice as counsel in the firm's Chicago office,where he will advise companies on structured insurance andreinsurance transactions. Kallas joins the firm from Drinker Biddle& Reath.

JLTSpecialty USA has appointed JenniferSchaeffer as senior vice president. Schaeffer will bebased in San Francisco and joins from Aon plc, where she was asenior vice president.

Chris Ledoux has joined thePropertyCasualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) asvice president, federal policy. Most recently, Ledoux servedas the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) firstinsurance specialist and key corporate legal resource on insuranceissues.
