Stamford, Connecticut-based Navigators said it appointed Meryl D. Hartzband an independent director, effective immediately. She will serve on the Compensation and Finance Committees of the Board of Directors. She also serves on the board of directors for Vanbridge LLC.
Schaumburg, Illinois-based brokerage Assurance said it has appointed Peter Kunz vice president, construction. He was a broker in the construction and energy industries for a large insurance brokerage.
New York City-based insurance brokerage and risk management company Integro Insurance Brokers said it has named Deborah Morris New York operations leader. She joins from AIG where she served as zonal executive and senior vice president.
