Columbia, South Carolina-based Duck CreekTechnologies said it has acquired Charlotte, NorthCarolina-based insurance data management solution companyYodil, LLC.

Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Yodil was founded in 2010, and offers business intelligence,data warehousing, data quality and data governance solutions forproperty and casualty, workers' comp and specialty lines ofinsurance.
