Columbia, South Carolina-based Duck CreekTechnologies said it has acquired Charlotte, NorthCarolina-based insurance data management solution companyYodil, LLC.
|Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
|Yodil was founded in 2010, and offers business intelligence,data warehousing, data quality and data governance solutions forproperty and casualty, workers' comp and specialty lines ofinsurance.
