The Washington, D.C.-based CoalitionAgainst Insurance Fraud said it is now acceptingnominations for its Prosecutor of the Year Award, which honorsprosecutors who contributes extensively to the conviction ofinsurance scammers. Nominations are due Oct. 21.
|Morristown, New Jersey-based insurance software company Majesco said it has a five-yearpartnership with Armonk, New York-based technology and consultingcompany IBM to help insurance carriers developcognitive products and services on the IBM Cloud.

|Triest, Italy-based property and casualty insurer GeneraliGroup said the U.S. branch of its globalcorporate and commercial division has expanded its Centurioninsurance and assistance offering for U.S.-based multinationalcorporate and commercial organizations.
|East Windsor, Connecticut-based Insuritas said it will begin offeringinsurance polices through Nacogdoches,Texas-based CommercialBank of Texas.
|Munich Re/HSB Ventures, the corporateventure capital arm of Germany-based Munich Re, said it ispartnering with New York City-based insurance technology startupSlice LabsInc. to launch its product in the United States.
