Berkley Corporation announced thatLouis Lubrano has been named president of BerkleyProduct Recall Management, bringing with him more than 30 years ofproperty/casualty insurance industry experience, including morethan 10 years as a crisis management leader. PhilipRorty has been named chief underwriting officer, bringingwith him nearly 40 years of insurance and risk managementexperience as both an insurance leader and a corporate riskmanager. Tamra Maupin will join as chief operatingofficer, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the insurancemarket. They join W. R. Berkley's new division, Berkley GlobalProduct Recall Management.

American International Group, Inc. (AIG)announced the appointment of Douglas A. Dachilleas Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. Dachillewill join AIG's Operating Committee. Prior to joining AIG, Dachilleserved as Chief Executive Officer of First Principles CapitalManagement, LLC for 11 years. His career began at JPMorgan Chase& Co., where he held various positions, including Global Headof Proprietary Trading and co-Treasurer, and built the HybridDerivatives business.

Riskconnect has hired QuinRodriguez as director of Governance Risk & Compliance(GRC) Sales. Rodriguez brings more than 18 years of executive salesmanagement and leadership experience to Riskconnect, including 10years in the GRC sector. Rodriguez will lead the expansion ofRiskconnect's GRC service reach.

Jill Cantarino has joined All Risks,Ltd. as a property and casualty brokerage underwriter.Based in the Atlanta office, Cantarino will focus on bindingauthority business for general liability, property, umbrella, andprofessional liability. Her focus will be on southeast states, suchas Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee. Cantarino brings 20 yearsof insurance experience to All Risks. Prior to joining All Risks,Cantarino served as territory manager for the state of Georgia atFederated National Insurance Company in Sunrise, Fla.

Willis Group Holdings announced the appointmentof Thomas Messer as regional leader of aviation inLatin America. Messer joined Willis in 2002 and most recentlyserved the Latin America region in the aerospace reinsurancemarket. In his new role, he will oversee insurance and riskmanagement solutions and will be based in Miami.

Argo Group International Holdings Ltd.annnounced the hiring of Stephen McGill in thenewly-created role of global head of Professional Lines, effectiveSeptember 1. With more than 27 years of insurance industryexperience, McGill will lead Argo's Professional Linesbusiness globally. Most recently, he served in the position ofglobal product leader for D&O and Financial Institutionsbusiness at XL Catlin.

Willis Group Holdings has appointedNick Dussuyer as global head of Willis' NaturalResources Industry. Prior to joining Willis, Dussuyer served atBearingPoint as a member of the global Natural Resourcesleadership team and the Partner in charge of Resources &Utilities in the UK & Ireland. He also led the GlobalBusiness Strategy & Transformation team. Dussuyer will bebased in Willis's London office.

Matt Brott has joined AmWINSBrokerage of Georgia as executive vice president. Brottbrings to AmWins over 30 years experience. His most recent positionwas head of Swett & Crawford's Atlanta operations and alsoserved as a National Commercial Real Estate PracticeLeader. Based in Atlanta, GA, Brott will assist in thesolicitation, design, marketing and placement of high hazard andcatastrophe-exposed commercial property programs. RobVecchio also joined AmWINS Access Insurance Servicesas vice president. With 15 years of insurance industry experience,he will specialize in habitational, lessors risk, restaurants,bars/taverns and coastal property.
