|Vehicle telematicsprovider Vehcon has partneredwith Verisk InsuranceSolutions to help insurers collect validatedvehicle odometer readings for insurance rating, underwriting andusage-based programs. The product, OdometerConfirm, enables carriers to captureodometer readings using a policyholder's smartphone. Dataautomatically is sent to Vehcon's back-end systems, where themileage is extracted and authenticated before being reported to aninsurance carrier.
|Xuber, Xchanging's insurance softwarebusiness, secured a contract with P&Creinsurer Ariel Re. The six-yearcontract includes Xuber's policy, claims, billing and softwaresuite for the carrier's Lloyd's and Bermudabusinesses.

|HP announced at IASA 2015 a new accelerator: The HPExstream augments the existing capabilities ofAccenture Duck Creek Policy to help insurerstransact business more efficiently through digital channels andconnect with multimedia consumers.
|Accenture also launched Customer InsightsSolution, an integrated software available in the cloud oron-premise, which gives insurers access to and management of newdistribution models. The software uses Accenture Duck Creek Policyas the core administration platform.
|Vertafore unveiled its newest carrier solutionwith Carrier Analytics, which provides an untappedview of the personal lines market through advanced customer andindustry data and insights. This platform draws on a unique dataset of actual real-time market activity. In addition, the companyupgraded its ImageRight 6.0 software, which now offers user-centricdesign, mobility and simplified workflow.
|Cloud Sherpas, a provider of cloud advisory andtechnology services, released eContact Center and Producer Direct, two newcloud-based solutions for insurance companies built on theSalesforce platform.
