Lockton's St. Louis office promoted JimLinden as assistant vice president and senior claimsconsultant this month. The position will guide clients of Lockton indeveloping claims management programs, hoping to eventually drivedown costs of total risk.

Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA)re-elected Scott Beckman as its chair of theboard ofdirectors this week. The board also elected MichaelBemi as vice chair with Fredrik Finnman, Steven M.McElhiney and Robert Myers also electedonto the board.

The Norman-Spencer Agency, Inc. an Ohio-basedP&C insurer, announced last week the launch oftheir TradeWinds Yacht Insurance Program. The programwill provide insurance policies and underwriting guidelines foryachts up to $2 million, including high limits for standardcoverage.
