CoreLogic released a newversion of its EQECAT natural catastrophe modeling platform whichcontains three new proprietary risk models that qualify and analyzethe financial impact of catastrophic natural hazards in at-riskregions around the globe. 

AIR Worldwide released Version2.0 of its catastrophe modeling software platform, Touchstone. Thenew version includes the ability to account for catastrophe andnoncatastrophe risk in a single platform, providing a morecomprehensive view of risk. 

Mergers & Acquisitions

Xchanging acquired TotalObjects Ltd., an insurance software provider, for apotential consideration of up to $36 million. The acquisition issubject to clearance by the Competition and Markets Authority, andwould continue the development of Xchanging's insurance businessand technology enablement strategy.
