For insurance professionals, however, the word "hero" rarelyenters into the equation, despite all they do to make challengingsituations easier for their commercial and residentialcustomers.

That's why Enservio, a developer of claims processing software,on Tuesday launched a new web video series entitled "Making itRight" showcasing real-life claims professionals who have goneabove and beyond the call of duty for their clients.
