Travelers and The Hartford took top honors among the insurers recognized in Compuware's fifth annual "Best of the Web" awards, bestowed upon top-performing web and mobile sites.
The IT performance company selects the winners based on performance excellence in several criteria, including average response time, availability and consistency of the sites throughout the entire year. Companies are recognized across five major industries: banking, brokerage, insurance, retail and travel.
Travelers received the gold medal for the best mobile website in the auto and property insurance industry.
