Symbility Solutions and Librestream Technologies have enteredinto a partnership to offer live video support to fieldadjusters.
|Symbility's property claims workflow management system ClaimsConnect, and its smartphone and tablet-enabled application MobileClaims, will now be integrated with LibrestreamTechnologies' video collaboration software Onsight Connect.

|The collaboration encourages customer self-service and provideslive video support to field adjusters. Using Onsight, thedesk adjuster captures details of the damaged property, visuallydocuments it and processes the claim, without leaving the office.The live collaboration between smartphones, tablets and desktopsteamlines the estimate cycle.
