Insureon entered an agreement toacquire Insurance Noodle, an onlne wholesaleinsurance broker and subsidary of Willis Group Holdings. Theacquisition will bring greater efficiency to both parties and willallow Insurance Noodle's brokers and agents leverage Insureon'sunderwriting expertise in order to grow and develop.

CBIZInc. announced its acquisition of substantially allthe assets of Centric Insurance Agency ofProvidence, N.J. The acquisition is expected to add ten employeesand approximately $1.6 billion to the comany's annualizedrevenue.
