Aon said it has named CEOs of its reinsurance and riskmanahement businesses.

Eric Anderson, with Aon since 1994, has been named CEO of AonBenfield. Anderson was most recently CEO of Aon Risk SolutionsAmericas.

Mike O'Connor has been appointed CEO of Aon Risk Solutions(ARS). O'Connor joined Aon in 2008 and was the COO of its riskbusiness, comprised of Aon Benfield and ARS.

Finally, Bryon Ehrhart will take over as CEO of Aon BenfieldAmericas. He was chairman of analytics and investment banking forAon Benfield. Ehrhart has been with Aon for nearly 20 years.

Anderson and O'Connor report to Steve McGill, grouppresident of Aon and chairman and CEO of Risk Solutions, aposition in which he oversees ARS and Aon Benfield.

“The evolving nature of risk does not stand still and it isclear that our clients' needs are changing,” said McGill, in astatement. “I am confident that with Eric and Mike's demonstratedleadership, Aon will be well positioned to address the new world ofglobal risk and successfully guide our clients through thesechanging times.”

Aon said Mike Bungert will become chairman of Aon Benfield, witha focus on the Americas, and Dominic Christian will becomeexecutive chairman of Aon Benfield International.

“Mike and Dominic have done a great job running Aon Benfield andtheir experience, continuity in serving clients and guidance forour firm is critical,” said McGill. Michael O'Halleran willcontinue in his position as Executive Chairman of Aon Benfield.

Christian will also become CEO of Aon UK Ltd., and RobBrown, CEO of ARS EMEA, will be asked to join Aon's ExecutiveCommittee, pending UK Board approval.
