Berkshire Hathaway's Gen Re says A. Morris Tooker willbecome president of General Reinsurance Corp.
Tooker (pictured), who will be responsible for direct P&Creinsurance business worldwide, takes over for I. John Cholnoky,who will retire during the 2014 first quarter.

|Cholnoky has been president of Stamford, Conn.-based Gen Resince 2008. Prior to that he was senior vice president at thecompany for 16 years.
|Tooker is currently responsible for Gen Re's direct treatybusiness globally. He has held various roles with Gen Re since1991, when he started as a property underwriter.
