Ironshore's Iron-Starr Excess Agency says it is losing itsCEO.

Stuart Anderson is stepping down because he is relocating forpersonal reasons, says the Hamilton, Bermuda-based specialtyP&C group.

He will continue to work closely with the management team forthe rest of the year.

Anderson joined the managing general underwriting agency ofIronshore and CV Starr Group in 2009. He built out the MGA'sfinancial lines platform.

COO Mitch Blaser will be taking the reigns as CEO of Iron-Starron an interim basis.

|

“From an operational perspective, the Iron-Starr team iscommitted to business as usual and looks forward to continued andgrowing support from its colleagues and clients,” he says in astatement, which does not indicate if Anderson plans to remain inthe insurance industry after his move.

Anderson started his insurance career with Chubb writingfinancial lines and professional liability before moving to AIG
