The Innovation Group announces that following an extensivebusiness assessment, the company is relocating call centeroperations, which primarily provide first notice of loss (FNOL)service, from Springfield, Mass. to Chicago.

Recent trends in CAT events, including Hurricane Irene andHurricane Sandy, have highlighted the dangers of locating businesscritical operations in disaster prone areas when an immediateresponse must be guaranteed. Therefore, Innovation Group has madethe difficult decision to relocate primary call center operationsto be nearer to the company's North America headquarters in RollingMeadows, Ill. This move is intended to help ensure continuedtop-quality service on a 24/7/365 basis for all Innovation Groupcustomers.

"We regret this relocation will cause a loss of jobs within ourteam in Springfield," says Lewis Miller, Innovation Group's NorthAmerica CFO and acting CEO for the company's business processservices. "We will be working to support the impacted employeesduring the coming months to help as many individuals as possible tosecure another employment opportunity. All options are beingconsidered, including the relocation of some employees to the newfacility should the situation be mutually beneficial."

This relocation will provide Innovation Group customers thefollowing benefits going forward:
