Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. announced the appointmentof Erik W. Matson as commercial insurance fieldexecutive. Matson, who most recently served as regional presidentof the Americas for AIG small/medium commercial lines and programbusinesses, will be responsible for growing Fireman's Fund'scommercial insurance business.

CIWs for 2013 include ChrisBehymer, Markel Corp.; JenniferLarsen-Jensen, Erickson-Larson Inc.; and DavidMiller, W.A. Schickedanz Agency Inc. CMGAs includeSierra Specialty Insurance Services Inc. ofClovis, Calif., and Tuscano Agency of Greensburg,Pa.

Travelers introduced the new Construction Pak(SM) – Builders' Risk, whichprovides tailored coverage to fit the needs of standard to complexconstruction projects. Coverage extensions, equipment breakdowncoverage, green building coverage, replacement cost valuation andan extensive definition of covered property are among the newfeatures of the program.

Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchangeannounced that it will offer automobileinsurance to members in Massachusetts. The coverageincludes various vehicle types including regular use vehicles,motorcycles and antique cars.

NAS Insurance Services introduced Alive Risk, a new brand for its Entertainment& Sports division that will provide specialty insurancefor a broad range of live event risks. The new division will beheaded by Jerid Schmickle and Tim Troester.

Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. announced theaddition of Excess & Surplus lines and an ExcessCasualty team. Joseph Rainone was appointed executive vicepresident and head of the new Excess Casualty insurance unit, whichincludes a team of underwriters in Los Angeles and Atlanta.

Victor O. Schinnerer & Co. announced a newstand-alone workers' compensation program available forsmall to mid-size risks with moderate severity classification.
