To what do you attribute the positive ratings from yourcustomers?
Lasher: "Obtaining and leveraging goodbusiness intelligence is a significant business challenge forp&c companies. How do you communicate with your insurance carriercustomers to meet their needs?
Lasher: "Being a SaaSprovider requires us to maintain constant client monitoring—what isbeing used and, more importantly, how things are being used—to findways to bring additional value such as best practices in leveragingdata. This open dialogue with our client helps us understand whatthey would like to see in the solution and we can prioritize ourdevelopment accordingly. We also have a client advisory board thatmeets to help us set product direction and priorities. In fact, thelast two major releases have been a direct result of our advisoryboard's input."

What are some of the positive developments your companyhas achieved in the past year to make your product stand out amid acrowded solution-provider market?
Lasher: "iPartnersis focused on client success with service as the backbone of whatwe deliver. We have reorganized our production support group intodedicated client teams, enabling us to deliver a deeper knowledgeof each client's business and solution, while also establishing acloser relationship with their users. We initiated an annualclient-roadmap meeting, visiting with the executive leadership togain insights to strategies and direction. This provides aninvaluable opportunity to learn more about their goals andpriorities while determining where iPartners services and solutionscan deliver additional value."
