InsurerClaims offers strong core claims management functionality withpre-built interfaces, claims analytics, and advanced capabilities,such as catastrophe and fraud management, and comprehensive supplychain management functionality to help insurers achieve greatervalue.”

How do you communicate with your insurance carriercustomers to meet their needs?
King: “InnovationGroup works in most of the world's largest insurance markets,offering software and business services focused on claims forpersonal, commercial and specialty lines. Our customers provideinput into our ongoing R&D process on a regular basis. Thishappens through regular customer meetings, project implementations,customer advisory board meetings, and through our own performancebenchmarks in our business process operations. Insights from acrossour broad customer and market base infuse the company, andsubsequently our solutions, with new ideas, insights, bestpractices and innovation.”

What are some of the positive developments your companyhas achieved in the past year to make your product stand out amid acrowded solution-provider market?
King: “Ourcommitment to innovation and R&D, offering flexible deploymentoptions, quality customer implementations, and supportingday-to-day insurance operations for our clients demonstrates ourability to support operational and strategic needs for insurersacross the industry. Recently, we expanded the use of InsurerClaims within our own operations, introduced new solutions andcapabilities that further extend Insurer Claims. Additionally,Insurer Analytics has new pre-defined KPIs, dashboards and specificbusiness analysis for areas such as fraud with tablet support.”
