How do you communicate with your insurance carriercustomers to meet their needs?
Vannoni: "We value ourcustomer relationships and collaborate closely with our customersthroughout the development process. Product and regional usergroups and our annual user conference enable us to regularly getfeedback from customers and also to preview some of the innovativethemes we have in mind for future versions. In addition, we haveconnected our community of in-production ClaimCenter customers viaGuidewire Live, which enables them to share benchmarking data andcommunicate with one another.

What are some of the positive developments your companyhas achieved in the past year to make your product stand out amid acrowded solution-provider market?
Vannoni: "Guidewireis 100 percent focused on building next-generation p&c coresystems, enabling insurers to replace the legacy systems that haveprevented them from running their business the way they want to. Weare excited to celebrate ClaimCenter's 10th anniversary this year,and we continue to enhance the product in innovative ways. Thispast year we launched Guidewire Live for our in-productionClaimCenter customers. Guidewire Live brings together the Guidewirecustomer community to share and compare data to help them know moreabout their businesses and how they compare to their peers."
