Celina Insurance Group has reached a long-termservices agreement with EagleEye Analytics inwhich EagleEye will provide its predictive analytics solutionssuite Talon, in addition to Real-Time Scoring Services, to CelinaInsurance. The insurer plans to leverage the firm's solutions,expanding its predictive analytics capabilities to includereal-time predictive analytics insights into its managementreporting and decision support systems. In addition, CelinaInsurance plans to utilize EagleEye's Talon Management Studio, aset of management tools and dashboards to monitor the output ofpredictive analytics results.

John Hancock customers now can have policychanges completed, e-signed, and e-submitted through the use ofPolicyHS from iPipeline. With PolicyHS, JohnHancock customers are able to complete policy changes online viaintuitive wizard screens. Initially, the address change,beneficiary change, name change, and pre-authorized payment planforms are available for online submission, with others soon tofollow.

The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company andGuidewire Software, Inc. announce that Wawanesahas selected Guidewire PolicyCenter as its new underwriting andpolicy administration solution and Guidewire BillingCenter tomanage its billing operations. Wawanesa also has plans to use threeGuidewire add-on modules: Guidewire Rating Management, GuidewireReinsurance Management, and Guidewire Client Data Management.Wawanesa successfully deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter in 2011.
