A great resource for talent is Gamma Iota Sigma, the international risk management fraternity. It holds many events and facilitates interactions between the industry and the next generation. NAPSLO Next Gen group is presenting to universities nationwide to bring awareness to risk management careers and help drum up interest in this booming industry.

What's your mantra for success?
Insurance is not a backseat industry. The most successful are those who jump in with both feet and get involved. Don't just join an association; get on a committee, meet people, make the most of your membership. I'm always trying to better myself. I make sure to skim LinkedIn articles and industry publications almost daily, looking for tips, advice, trends, what's going on in the industry. Take classes, listen to webinars, go to symposiums; there are endless options to grow in this industry, you just have to take advantage.
