The MainStreet America Group's board of directors elected EricElliott as a director of the super-regionalproperty/casualty insurer's boards. Elliott is presidentand CEO of Prime Therapeutics, the fourth largest pharmacybenefit manager in the United States. The Eagan, Minn.-basedcompany is collectively owned by 13 Blue Cross and Blue Shieldplans serving nearly 20 million insureds nationwide.

Chuck McMillan joined AmWINS SpecialtyAuto, based in Richardson, Texas, as a vice president. In thisrole, he will maintain programs and expand them into newstates. AmWINS Brokerage of New England, in Farmington,Conn., hired George Willett as a senior vicepresident. Willett will produce property business and develop theoffice's property department. The brokerage also hiredShirl Hedges as a vice president inthe Philadelphia office, where she will focus on primary andexcess casualty programs. AmWINS Group Benefits welcomed RobShestack as a senior vice president. Based in Warwick,R.I., Shestack will serve as the practice leader for the division'snew Voluntary Benefits Practice.

SpecialMarkets Insurance Consultants (SMIC) hired RitaLinde as a vice president. Based in SMIC'sChicago office, she will focus on new business development andstrengthening relationships. Linde previously served as managingpartner of Specialty Risk Group and vice president of sales for USIAffinity.

Jay Josselyn joined Gresham &Assocs. in Indianapolis as a senior transportationunderwriter. Josselyn has worked for Occidental Fire& Casualty Insurance Co., Highlands Insurance Group and CenturaInsurance Services.

NEBCO added Khai Lovan as thedirector of Worksite Strategy. Based in Warwick, R.I., Lovan willdevelop the Voluntary Benefits practice. Lovan worked for companiessuch as Buck Consultants, Trion (a Marsh & McLennan Co.) andING Employee Benefits.

Darron Johnston joined THBIntermediaries as a vice president specializing in propertyplacements. Based in Atlanta, he will oversee the Southeastregion. Johnston has worked at Aon Benfield Re and TorusSpecialty Insurance Co.
