The solution provides asecure online tool for insurance carriers and adjusters toinventory, value, and adjust contents claims, as well as aninteractive environment allowing improved communication between thecarrier, policyholders, and Enservio service teams.

ThroughContentsExpress, carriers can apply coverage settings and controlsthat will automatically be applied to each claim filed by claimsadjuster staff, including policy rules and limits, coveragesettings, payment tracking and depreciation tables.

Claims adjusters logging into ContentsExpress can enter claimsinventory data, calculate valuations, and adjust and evaluate theclaim for settlement, all from a single screen.  Adjustersenter the insured, policy and inventory data via theContentsExpress interface and are guided by a step-by-step process.Pre-set carrier and standard industry-controls automaticallycalculate and adjust the claim, resulting in trackable andsearchable claims reports for both the carrier and insureds.
