NBIS addedHenry Butler to the company as vice president ofunderwriting. He will oversee the management, development andexecution of underwriting strategies and objectives, focusing onbuilding customer relationships, balancing all relevant factorsincluding profit targets, effectively using resources, people,systems, risks and strategic and operational goals.

Nichole Ritz joined The Institues as directorof member knowledge for the CPCU Society.
